I'll tell you about my approach, and you can tell me your reasons for seeking coaching at this time. We'll also discuss what a coaching engagement would look like and cost.
During our 1:1 sessions, we'll discuss what your aspirational goals are and why they're important to you now. We'll focus on inner awareness, exploring what may be keeping you from your goals, identifying behaviors that support them, and building actions to achieve your goals. And I'll help you be accountable for those actions.
