About ME
My leadership journey
Throughout my 25+ year career, I've enjoyed the coaching and mentoring of colleagues and leaders who have helped me become the leader I am today. And I've always believed that leadership is a lifelong practice characterized by continual growth and development. This belief was further reinforced when I obtained my master's degree in leadership, with a focus on 21st-century leadership. In that program, I also found a passion for coaching. As a result, I'm deepening my leadership coaching expertise by becoming a member of the Hudson Coach Certification Program. The Hudson Institute of Coaching has been providing developmentally based coach training for leaders for over 30 years, and I'm thrilled to be on this journey.
